Tripura Natural Gas Company Limited has been incorporated 10^thJuly1990 as a Joint Venture of Govt. of Tripura & Govt. of Assam restructured by joining of GAIL as the Major Share Holder by signing a JVA on 05-02-2005 by GAIL, TIDCL & AGCL. As per the JVA the share Holding & the nominations for Directors are as follows:
